 DIRECTOR  OF NURSING/SUPERVISOR OF ASSISTED LIVING SERVICES AGENCY (SALSA)

 The primary responsibilities of this leadership role include planning, organizing and leading overall operations of nursing services in accordance with federal, state and local standards.

 Requirements include:

  • Current RN License
  • Minimum of 2 years Nurse Management Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year In Home Care within the past 10 years
  • Experience working with elders with complex medical and psychosocial needs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods as applied to skilled nursing care
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours
